Shipping
Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Within Canada: Orders shipped within Canada are delivered using our trusted carriers and usually arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International Orders: We also offer international shipping. Delivery times for international orders may vary between 10–21 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping address. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

Return Process:

- Refunds & Exchanges:

- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. We are unable to ship exchanges directly.
